This morning when I got into work I got the horrible news that one of my co-workers [the only decent one left] lost her husband on Friday. He has been ill for years and his body and probably his heart and mind just gave up. For the last few weeks he'd been saying how he wanted to just die and be away from the pain.
And on Friday he got his wish.
I've been crying all morning because he left behind an amazing wife and son.
